StableOps

About StableOps

Software should be reliable.

StableOps builds systems that hold together as the work becomes more complex.

Too often, systems solve only part of the problem. Processes remain fragmented across tools, automations become difficult to maintain, and AI introduces new uncertainty without making the underlying system any clearer.

That means starting with the business problem, being clear about what the system is supposed to do, and designing for the conditions it will actually operate in.

What We Do

StableOps designs and builds software, automation, integrations and AI systems for businesses and delivery partners.

We help businesses automate manual work, connect systems, build software around the way they operate and apply AI where it can make a useful difference.

We also work with automation agencies, consultancies and product studios on technically demanding client projects, including complex integrations, custom software, AI-agent systems, architecture and production hardening.

Temperic

StableOps is also building Temperic, a system for making software and AI capabilities easier to understand, assess and improve.

Temperic is currently in alpha testing and is being built around three ideas:

ClarityWhat does this capability promise?
ConfidenceWhat supports promises, and what remains unknown?
VisibilityWhat exists around it, and what happens when it runs?

Temperic reflects the same principles we apply to client work: clear behaviour, an empirical approach and enough visibility to understand and improve the systems people rely on.

Our Process

We start with the problem, not the tool.

The right solution might be an automation, an integration, custom software, AI, or a combination of them.

StableOps takes responsibility for the technical design and delivery of the systems we build. We work in clear stages, define what success looks like and use evidence from testing and operation to guide decisions.

StableOps is founder-led. Additional specialists may support delivery where a project benefits from them, while StableOps retains responsibility for specification, architecture, quality and the agreed outcome.

We work directly with businesses and as a specialist delivery partner for agencies.
