StableOps

StableOps For Agencies

Specialist technical delivery when a project needs more.

Where We Fit

StableOps works with automation agencies, consultancies and product studios on client projects that need deeper software engineering, difficult integrations or additional technical capacity.

We can take responsibility for a defined part of the project, work under your brand where needed, and fit into the way you already manage the client.

Complex automation

When a workflow has moved beyond straightforward platform configuration, we can take on the parts that need custom logic, code, architecture, testing or more careful handling of failure and edge cases.

Integrations and APIs

We build and troubleshoot integrations between platforms, internal systems and third-party APIs, including authentication, data transformation and custom services where the standard connectors are not enough.

Custom software

Some client requirements are better solved with software around the automation stack rather than increasingly complicated workflows.

StableOps can design and build the services, tools and supporting software needed to complete the system properly.

AI agents and agent systems

Where a project genuinely needs agents, we can build them and connect them to real tools, systems and workflows.

That can include agent architecture, MCP, tool integration, permissions, approvals, testing, evaluaton and the surrounding software required to make the system useful.

Architecture and technical problem solving

We can help when a project has become difficult to reason about, needs a stronger technical direction or contains a component outside your team's normal expertise.

Rescue and production work

If an implementation is unreliable, incomplete or becoming difficult to maintain, we can help diagnose the problem, simplify the architecture and get the system into a better state.

Ways to Work Together

Defined work package

Give StableOps a clearly bounded technical component of the project.

We agree the interfaces, responsibilities and acceptance criteria, then take responsibility for delivering that part.

This is usually the simplest way to work together for the first time.

White-label delivery

StableOps can work behind your agency where the client relationship should remain entirely yours.

We can join delivery and technical conversations under your positioning, with confidentiality and client ownership agreed from the outset.

Additional delivery capacity

For agencies with recurring work, StableOps can provide reserved technical capacity across multiple projects without requiring you to add permanent headcount.

Technical escalation

Bring us in when your existing team reaches a problem that needs deeper software engineering, architecture or specialist implementation.

Your Client Stays Your Client

StableOps is there to strengthen your delivery, not compete for the relationship.

Where we work as a subcontractor or white-label partner, client ownership, confidentiality and non-solicitation are agreed explicitly.

You remain the commercial lead unless we agree otherwise.

How We Deliver

StableOps takes responsibility for the technical work we agree to own.

We define the scope and acceptance criteria clearly, communicate risks and unknowns early, and demonstrate working software as the project develops.

StableOps is founder-led. Additional specialists may support delivery where useful, while StableOps retains responsibility for specification, architecture, quality and the agreed outcome.

We’re Building Temperic

StableOps is also building Temperic, a system for making software and AI capabilities easier to understand, assess and improve. It is currently in alpha testing.

Temperic is being built around three ideas:

ClarityWhat does this capability promise?
ConfidenceWhat supports promises, and what remains unknown?
VisibilityWhat exists around it, and what happens when it runs?

Temperic reflects the technical approach behind our delivery work and gives us a place to develop those ideas further.

Bring Us Your Difficult Problems

If you have a client project that needs deeper technical work, additional capacity or a component your team would rather not own, send us the problem.

We will tell you whether StableOps is a good fit and suggest the simplest way to work together.
